Rosetta boots

The boots are very stylish, but very difficult to put on and to take off. It was very difficult to slide the foot into the footbed. It was very narrow and stiff. The side zipper lays very close to the leg which left indentation marks on the leg, and they were on only for a short time. The size of the boot was 10w; usually, wear a 91/2 -10 medium.

Returned but didn't get confirmation

Good quality boot but the size was too small and the order came late. It was returned according to guidelines but no acknowledgement of the return was made by Macy's.
