Shoes were 2 different sizes & colors.

The right shoe seemed great but the left 1 slipped off my foot, & when I held them side-by-side, realized the left was slightly larger & also a slightly different color. I sent them back but have not gotten a refund yet. I ordered another pair of different shoes which never shipped & I haven't gotten that refund either. Bummer because I loved this brand until this.

Very poor quality

Shoe sole glue already started came off in just one wear. Very 0 Star…very poor quality. Not worth it at all for the high price I paid for this pair. This is not the quality I expected from Macy’s. Don’t recommend at all.

Not supportive for Pronation

I love the style of these shoes but was disappointed that it is "so soft" there is no arch support for my pronation and there is something sewn inside at the shoe cap/point that catches my big toenail. Ouch!

I select softwalk becasue of the narrows they carry.

Just commented on the heel being a little too wide even though it was a narrow shoe. Pricey!
