Base ISO for S-Log3 capture can be set to 800 or 4000, and the camera supports S-Gamut3/S-Gamut3.Cine color gamuts for broad compatibility. It all adds up to make editing more efficient when shooting with multiple cameras.Log recording modes for production flexibilityFor creative flexibility, there are three modes available for Log recording - Flexible ISO, Cine EI, and Cine EI Quick - with Cine EI widely used in professional filmmaking on footage that requires more intensive work in post-production. Based on the shooting environment, choose a base ISO of either 800 or 4000 to maintain maximum latitude throughout the shoot, allowing specific tonal ranges to be enhanced in post production to achieve your desired cinematic look.Multiple recording formats for versatile shooting and editing7K oversampling is used with full pixel readout and no pixel binning when shooting full-frame 4K (QFHD 3840 x 2160), and 4K 60p (59.94p) recording is available in Super 35mm mode. With 10-bit depth, 4:2:2 color sampling, an efficient MPEG-H HEVC/H.265 codec, and Intra recording including DCI-4K (4096 x 2160), outstanding quality is assured.Import up to 16 user LUTsWith the FX2, LUTs can be imported and applied to the LCD monitor and the electronic viewfinder while shooting or playing back movies. Up to 16 user LUT files can be imported from memory cards or Sony's Creators' Cloud and selected as needed. The LUT used for recording can then be embedded in the video metadata for post-production.Create moods right in the cameraPicture Profile presets make it easy to adjust color and gradation to create a variety of moods in camera.
