Poor Customer Relations

Macys sent me wrong sheets. Contacted them. Correct sheets were suppose to be sent. Rep said, NOT TO WORRY, MISS JOANNE, WE WILL SEND CORRECT ONES. Nothing arrived! Called again and now sheets are out of stock. Rep never put in replacement order even though we went thru all info including my credit card info. Went thru all info ONCE AGAIN. Had to choose a different color in order to get the sheets i wanted. This is more of a review of the Macy's reps incompetence than of the sheets. I will review sheets if I ever get the correct ones.

Just as described

I love this sheet set, very soft, it keeps the texture even after wash, and it does not wrinkle at all like a lot of other expensive brands. Very deep pockets so it covers nicely my 20” mattress. Not bad at all for the price I paid. I recommend these sheets.

Missing 2 pillow cases

I was disappointed. The color is boring in person, and 2 PILLOWCASE were missing..absolutely unacceptable. The box read 6 piece set, but only 4 pieces arrived.
