Perfect style

Terrible Service Online Ordering

Terrible service. I ordered a pair of sperry topsiders twice, both times they came in the wrong color. The second time, I actually went in to the store and someone helped me with my selection, and they still came back incorrect. I tried to do a return, and the page kept timing out. I finally just kept the ones I got, and will probably not wear them, because I don't have time to continue to work on this. I will never order anything from Macy's online again.
