Not Happy!

My shoe size is EU44. You combine size 43 & 44 for USA size 10. As there was no European size option, I ordered USA 10. I received USA 10 , it came with EU 43. The shoes are tight on my feet. Macy' will not exchange them for a pair of 44s. I bought a shoe tree hoping to stretch them.
