bad

Disgusting. Macy's mailed worn, filthy sneakers. The soles are black. Obviously worn. The Macy's employee who packaged and mailed them is disgusting. These white men's Sperry sneakers were ordered on good faith and paid for instantly. Macy's happily took payment instantly and sent a filthy product. I'm so disappointed as I spend thousands of dollars, yearly at Macy's.

Previously worn Sperry Topsider shoes

My online order for my Sperry Topsider shoes was disappointing. I was sent a shoe that was obviously worn, as it had black scuff marks on the sole. I had to reorder the same shoes with no guarantee that it would not happen again. I can’t believe that Macy’s could do such an unacceptable practice, and not send me what I ordered, a brand new pair of shoes! Very dissatisfied!!
