Zipper never worked properly

The coat was stuck in the zipper upon arrival and it took a lot of work to get unstuck. Every time you would try to zip it or unzip it the coat got stuck, no matter how careful you were. My 4 year old ended up losing the zipper off it all together at school because he couldn't get his coat unzipped. The coat only lasted 2 weeks.
