very disappoin

My son actually was so excited and waiting forward for the Spiderman backpack set to start the school year on the beginning of September. He only used the backpack for like three weeks and was very happy with it. However, I started to notice the zipper of the lunch bag was ruined and felt off and the backpack. I had to order a new one backpack with zippers from two so u can zip from two sides and the zipper wouldn’t stock. I’m very disappointed and wouldn’t recommend it.
