Iam very upset I order this white navey blue jacket size large for my self which match with my shoes but Macys send me wrong jacket which was black & white & XL size completely wrong item for what I order Iam very disappointed with Macy’s stuff if they dot had my item someone could call me & inform me or cancel my order but they need the money & purposely send wrong item

Didn’t even get a chance to try it on. Got the wrong color. So I just returned it.

Light weight jacket
Totally disappointed with the purchase, for one this is the second time that I have ordered this item and have been sent the wrong product. I have spoken with customer service on the first attempt get correct the issue. I reordered the item and once again reciprocated the same identical item. The online advertisement clearly states that the jacket is available and I make the proper selection and I keep getting the wrong item. I’m totally frustrated. The inconvenience of having to send the item back or physically return to the store is frustrating. Just want what I have ordered and paid for as a customer.

Did not receive the package
It could not had been missing snaps. I’m very disappointed. This item was purchased as a gift and when the person put it on, there were 2 snaps broken. Unfortunately, when I tried to return it, it was 3 days after the window closed. Very unfair. There is only a 1 month return policy!!!!
