Pancake pillows

Sold as providing “plush comfort for head and neck,” this set of “pillows” is flat. Flat. Flat. What a disappointment Macy sold them. Not available for return, either. May use them together as the dog bed.

soft and yet firm enough

super happy with my pillows! I have problems with my neck and these pillows are soft enough but yet firm enough to move them as I need too.

They are basically paper thin. They don’t stay up since they bend due to the fact that they are so thin.

Do not buy pillows online

I am writing to express my disappointment with a recent purchase I made through Macy's. I recently bought a set of pillows expecting the high quality usually associated with your brand, but unfortunately, the product has fallen far short of expectations. Upon opening, I found that the pillows are incredibly flat and offer no comfort or neck support whatsoever. They do not match the product description provided on your website.
