Item not received but states delivered!

I received my plates which I love, but my sugar bowl was not in the box with my pitcher. I thought it would come later, but never did. I emailed the address specified for help, but my email was returned. Please SHIP a sugar bowl since it states delivered and has already been charged to my card. I do Love this design. Thank you

This is such a lovely little sugar bowl, and a great addition to my Spode Blue Italian collection. It was on back order for a while due to the Christmas rush, but it was totally worth the wait. The sale price was an unbelievable bargain for such quality. The print on this pattern is absolutely gorgeous, timeless and classic
