Ordering product and time for Christmas

I ordered this product because I needed it for a Christmas dinner I have called Macy's several times it has now been a week and my order still says processing nothing is shipped. And every time I call they clearly say it's going to be shipped the next day. Disappointed in Macy's

Christmas Spode china

The set is ‘different’ from the originals in that it is more of an earthenware vs a fine china. The pattern is identical and it is all made in England. The bowls are a bit on the large size but fine. The set says ‘Special Edition’ on each piece. That wasn’t in the Macy description. But, as I said the set is fine. (My original set of 12 place settings was stolen and I replaced w/ a setting for 8)

Christmas spirit

I absolutely love my Spode Christmas china set. My mom had the same pattern when I was growing up, so it holds a lot of sentimental value for me. My siblings are all hoping to inherit hers, so I decided to start my own collection. I plan to add new pieces each year with the help of Macy’s. This beautiful china has truly helped me get into the Christmas spirit!
