When I received the order two of the water goblets on opposite corners of the box were completely shattered. The cardboard box, that the Spode box was in, had very little protective paper and no bubble wrap.
Wish I knew how good the product was
They weren’t packaged well by Macy’s and arrived in pieces. Tried to get replaced and they were out of stock and not able to be ordered.

Spode Christmas Tree Goblets
I love the goblets, but I am giving a 2 star rating due to the packaging for shipping. The 2 small boxes were loose in a larger box, and, as a result, one of the goblets was broken.

Broken
Glasses arrived broken. Macy’s did a horrible job with the packing.
Items great - shipping not
Items came as expected but the packaging that Macy’s used was not suitable for glass and one the glasses came shattered and they are now out of stock.

Beautiful Glassware
I bought this set of beautiful, Spode glasses to match my Spode dinnerware. They arrived well-packaged and in perfect condition. I will use them as water/ beverage goblets. They will look great and add to the festive decor on my holiday table.

Delivered broken
So sad. Most were delivered broken. The boxes were within a much larger box with no filling or padding. I have to drive to the store tomorrow to return. The glasses are beautiful but care wasn’t taken when packing.

Broken glasses
received glasses with NO packing in a very large box with 2 small boxes of Spode glasses inside. Multiple glasses were smashed inside the small boxes. Glass everywhere. very disappointing.
