Nutcracker Snow Globe

I love Snow Globes and I love to give them as gifts. They're happily received too. I bought these in April and it was an excellent price. I learned after receiving it, this was very unique. These Christmas Tree Snow Globes are made by Spode of England since 1938! Beautiful and very special! I'm keeping this myself and later I'll pass on to my family!

Kind of ugly

It's my own fault for not paying closer attention when I ordered it online. The soldiers don't give off a festive vibe, they kind of give off a more creepy vibe. The color is a little more antiqued (think tea stain) than the other Spode dishes. It may be other people's style, its just not for me. I'm gifting it to my sister-in-law, who never returned my very favorite Christmas platter. Maybe she'll like this one or maybe it'll be payback for keeping the one I loved.
