Horrible purchase experience

Ordered this, it was delayed and then cancelled. Same day it was cancelled, it was “in stock” at full price. Ordered again - I can’t gift this item! It looks like it’s been through a war! Box is damaged, all of the styrofoam is in pieces, and appears it was in someone’s attic for years - not new, but used.. Out of stock so it can’t be replaced. Very disappointing.

We’re truly sorry for this experience, from the initial delay and cancellation to receiving an item that was clearly not in giftable condition. That’s incredibly frustrating, especially when you were planning to give it as a gift.

The damaged packaging, broken internal packing materials, and an item that appears used is absolutely not the standard we expect. We also understand how disappointing that it was then out of stock and couldn’t be replaced.
