Broken!

Had this shipped and was very late.(USPS) The box it was in was definetely not package securely for a breakable item. It was obviously shaking around in box for weeks. Very disappointed! Also they closed my store so will have to mail it back. Macy’s do better when sending items out! Anyone with common sense would have known to pack box better. Not pleased!!! Item was nice but don’t have it mailed.

Disappointed in customer service

Received it damaged and called customer service and was told to take it back to Macy's and they would reorder it for me. When I returned the broken tray I was told I couldn't reorder it through them!
