Broken in shipment but refunded with gift card

Received the plate broken. I had paid with a credit card and Macy's refunded me with a Macy's gift card. I was told the item was no longer available for a replacement but I went onto Macy's website and they still have available but the price has increased dramatically. Very disappointed I cannot get what I want and I have to use a gift card instead of getting back the money I paid. This experience will make me think twice about purchasing from Macy's in the future.

Arrived in a million pieces.(twice)

Order arrived severely broken twice. Both time packed in and surrounded by styrofoam peanuts. Now I am waiting for my third try. the way is shipped doesn't work.
