Macys epic packing fail

So disappointed with Macy’s on this one. These beautiful mugs (which I recommend if you can buy in store, super cute!) were shipped with absolutely no packaging that had any way of cushioning them, just a sheet of plastic in the box. Sooooo disappointed 2 of the 3 arrived in pieces, I’m shocked one even made it.

Spode pie dish

Ordered 2. Both arrived broken in 50 pieces. They are beautiful. I am hoping they are not sold out. They were not packaged with any protection in the box from the warehouse
