It is impossible to keep it very hot, there is no point in waiting. I did not buy it to drink it cold. It cools down quickly, and it was very late, I even forgot about it, I was surprised when it arrived. It looks very nice and is machine washable Except the cover.

Christmas Tree Tartan Salad Plates

I ordered three sets of 4 plates, and was charged for three sets of 4 plates. Did curbside pickup. Should have checked the order right there in the parking lot. When I got home, I opened the box and there was only one set. My credit card was charged for the full order, however. Called immediately to the store, was given another customer service number. Called that number and was assured that I would receive the remaining two sets before Christmas. I did not. Called again after Christmas and was assured that my credit card would be credited within 7 days. It is now the end of January, and I have not been credited and have not been notified. Will NEVER buy anything from Macy's again! I realize that mistakes happen, especially at Christmas, but it appears that nothing has done to resolve this issue. Very very poor service. I am now turning this over to Visa. Maybe they can get resolution. I no longer trust this company.
