very sturdy

I like stoneware. The Staub dinner plate is very sturdy and solid. I also have the appetizer plate from this series, and I’m very satisfied with them. My daughter says the plates are cute. We use them every day, and I’m very happy with them.

Very nice everyday plates

Very nice and elegant everyday plates. They also look strong enough to withstand everyday use without chipping like some other porcelain plates.

Great quality!

We’ve had these plates for a month or so now and I’m a big fan! They seem very sturdy, they are scratch and stain resistant, a great neutral color, and seem like they will hold up to chipping over time. Looking forward to completing the set. Only thing is I kind of wish the STAUB stamp wasn’t on the front of the plates.

Terrible Customer Experience

Macy’s requires a star when writing a review. All Staub dishes are fabulous. The shipping, returning and three calls to customer service were obnoxious. It took 10 days after placing my order for the dishes to arrive. All dinner plates arrived damaged. First call to customer service I was told that replacements would be sent out priority shipping. A couple hours later I received an email stating my return had been processed and a merchandise credit was on its way via USPS. Second call to customer service confirmed a replacement order was not available and a merchandise credit had been issued without my consent. Third call to Customer Service and I was able to request a replacement order. I will never shop Macy’s again.
