Overall a great buy

A great multi-use pan for sautéing, wok frying, and searing. Staub quality cannot be beat for the price. I do wish the bottom was a tiny bit wider for searing.

Beautiful color, perfect size for all kinds of uses. Love the glass lid so I can monitor the cooking process and makes it lighter than it would be with cast iron

A great pan when used right

This is a great pan but it needs a lot of oiling and maintaining to get a proper non-stick layer. It's easy to clean and perfect size to cook a meal for 4. I'll buy more from this company if this pan holds up well for some time.

I am so happy with this Staub 4.5 quart perfect pan! It is indeed a perfect pan. I can use it to make so many kind of dishes. Size is perfect! Not too large or small. Chicken, beef, eggs, vegetables, or anything else. All cook well in the pan. Clean up is easy, as well! This is not my first from the collection! Purchase this pan and see for yourself. (Or for a gift!)
