Worst purchase ever

I purchased this necklace that was advertised as 18 “ and when I received it, the chain was 10”!!! I had to return it but I had to pay to print out the mailing label because I couldn’t return it directly to my local Macy’s store. It’s a 3rd party seller so I had to go to UPS to mail it back. It was a hassle and I will never purchase products like this ever again! Do not buy any items unless they come directly from Macy’s!
