Very disappointed

I ordered a pink ring and I got a green ring. I went back-and-forth with a third-party and they sent me two additional rings the same color green and finally MACY’S just gave me my refund very disappointed in the customer service.

NOT THE PRODUCT ORDERED

I ordered a PINK ring, and received a yellow one. The same problem of other customers. If I buy a product from Macy’s, Macy’s is responsible that their customers receive the correct products; even if said product is from another vendor. That vendor has to complies with the Macy’s policies. WHY ADVERTISE A PRODUCT THEY DON’T HAVE AND SENT WHATEVER THEY WANTS !!!! That’s not correct !!! Not ethics !!!! Can you explain to me how this issue be resolved ??????? MACY’S or CZC GLOBAL DIST. ?????
