Boots looked already worn, so returned them!

These boots are cute, but looked like they had been worn, returned and resold - I could tell as soon as I took them out of the box. So I returned them, and then went on to another site offering them for the same price and purchased them from that site. The customer service rep thought they might have been the floor sample pair... which could be. But, if that was the case, they should have been marked as such. So, no thank you, Macys!

Given floor model with damage without knowledge

I was given the floor model. They had something sticky on the suede and the heels were rubbed thin like they had been worn many times. If I’m buying a floor model I need to be aware of that before buying, even if they were on sale when bought.

Used shoes

They look used! And I don’t mean a little used i mean VERY used ! Like someone returned them but used them quite a lot , I’m very disappointed.
