Staple Found in Sandal

I really love these but there was a staple sticking out on the sandal by close to my big toe sounds funny but there was one. I've used them only once when i notice something pocking me

So uncomfortable

These shoes are gorgeous but something about the Velcro strap on top just hurts so bad. And combined with the wooden bottom it’s just not good. I thought I could wear for casual outings but I can’t even wear it down to the car. I wish I could return them.
