I bought the brown suede shoe. I absolutely love them! I read the reviews, and some were having problems with the heel of the shoe. But I'm having no issues, and they are very comfortable.

Love the shoe BUT

I absolutely love the shoe - the shoe gets 5 stars. Ordered my usual size 6.5 and received USED SHOES! The bottom of the shoes are dirty and some of the heel is used. Come on Macys! Do better! Macys gets 1 star because shipping came on time. I was hesitant buy them because the reviews are all over the place. But I took a chance and they fit great. Now granted I haven’t walked in them but they feel nice.

Ouch

These shoes look cute with the black crinkle. I think they would be fine if you’re not actually going to do any major walking. If you’re actually gonna be walking around in them, they’re totally uncomfortable.

Don't do it.

These shoes are by far and away the absolute worst. Foot slides forward. Elastic makes the back of the shoes look weird, unflattering, and it makes the heel appear to jut out from the back. Terrible quality. Just awful.

Not Worth it Even at 50% Off

So cute, the right color brown suede, but The. Most. Uncomfortable. Shoes. Even wearing a half size larger than usual, the elastic back pushes your foot forward that your toes will hurt. And you'll get a dent in your heel that cuts off circulation. Hoping SM will take them back. Not worthy to donate.

Love!

These shoes are sooo cute! Great heel height, padded insole. The only (very) minor issue lies with the elastic around the back of the heel…it’s tight, but it has to be. I’m sure it will break in perfectly. I’ve never been disappointed in Steve Madden anything.
