Excellent Product

I became a professional boxer after using it for eight months. Very sturdy and well made. The material doesn't deteriorate. Great value for the price!

Love it! Perfect for blowing off steam

I think this is the coolest thing ever, such a great idea! It's positioned right on my desk and I hit it all the time when I walk past, just for fun. And you can do rolling punches with it too! Don't expect this to be able to take the full blow that you would a real punching bag, but it can definitely take a hit! I love mine and really just wanted to counteract the only other review that's 1 star. Not sure how hard they punched it, but I definitely hit mine pretty hard and it's held up really well over the last several months
