Navy cotton raincoat

I ordered the navy raincoat in XL. It arrived sharply pressed with no wrinkles. I wish the buckle belt was longer because I prefer to tie my belt instead of using the buckle. Other than that it is very sharp looking.

Garbage - no wonder it was on sale for 50% off!

This is just garbage. It has hanging threads and a VERY baggy lining which doesn't lie flat and hasn't even been pressed. The most egregious atrocity is the hem. There is a standard 2" hem but it has been TOPSTITCHED! I mean, big, dark topstitching 2" up from the hemline. And, because I bought this thing online, and Macy's never sent me ANY confirmation emails nor any inserts in the package with an order number, I shall have to drive 60miles round trip to return this thing in a store. Customer service has twice now promised to send me a return label, but I have never received ANY emails other than spam/sales emails. I will never buy anything from Macy's ever again.
