Cute Skirt

This skirt is soft & stretchy. I'm 5' 1" and it was about 3 inches above my knee. I thought it was a perfect length. I ordered a size 6 but found the waist a little tight (I'm 140lbs and have a lower belly bump). I think size 8 would fit better and not give me a muffin top.
