Loved the boot & the fit!

The sizing and fit were perfect, despite ordering them online (I needed them in black). The shaft height & width are ideal for wearing inside or over the pant leg, and both options were equally attractive. This is the second pair of boots I’ve ordered online from Macy’s within the past 2 yrs - both pair fit and looked well. Thank you!

Love Style of Boot and Color - The Zipper Terrible

First, the left zipper was faulty/broken, so I had to return them to the store because I love the color and style. I had the store clerk order another pair to be shipped to me since they didn't have a pair at the store. I received the second pair, and the left zipper is faulty—hard to zip. At this point, I believe it's the make of the shoe.

Love them but zipper need help

Beautiful brown color perfect height thick heal to wear all day long. The boot runs small so make sure you get a half size up. Also, the pair I received was defected. The one left boot zipper was broken and the right boot zipper work, but it probably will eventually break.
