Wrong shoes

I didn't get the correct shoes. I got a pair of men's boots. Called Macy's to get the correct the order since I needed the shoes in for a wedding so they said the would do express shipping to hopefully send them on time. I never got the shoes but they just refunded me which was upsetting since I needed the shoes and I didnt receive them.
