Too small and very tight

I wear size 32 waist on regular fit pants. And size 33 on slim fit pants for more comfort. Since these pants are tapered, I decided to get them in size 33. They are very small and very tight. No room whatsoever, specially around the legs. And I have been told that I have "skinny legs". The material is good. But the fit around the waist and legs are a total miss. They look very small as well. It's almost as if the wrong size/tag was put on the label. The fit is more suitable for boys.
