Not Sure Why The Negative Reviews…

I read many reviews complaining about this product. I love it. I don’t think it smells bad it’s more of a clean smell with no perfumes. I just get my hands wet and rub it together on my dry face and it gets my skin nice and clean.

Awful since change

This was my go to cleanser and I recommended it to everyone, the recent change to formula is HIDEOUS. Product now has an horrible scent, burns and leaves skin dry - complete opposite of the old formula! Terrible decision and like I see many other reviewers saying I’ll be looking for a new face wash.

They Ruined Ceramic Slip

This is the greatest skincare failure ever. ceramic slip was the perfect cleanser, left my skin feeling amazing, wonderful application. Now it burns your face and smells like Elmers glue. Please bring back the old formula. It took me years to find the perfect cleanser and then they ruined it. So upset.

SO THEY DID CHANGE THE FORMULA

This cleanser was my favourite. Like most people, I’ve had an issue with this new change. Awful smell, burns my face. I actually emailed Sunday Riley when I first realised the change in this cleanser. They confirmed that it was a batch issue and that they did not in fact change the formula. However, I bought this particular bottle back in June and there are very recent reviews as of October… so Sunday Riley, what’s the issue here? Don’t tell me the batch is still messed up months later?

Returning TOMORROW

Ordered this for the millionth time, and the product looks and smells different. I am so dissappointed, apparently many other people are too. Im going to be looking for a new cleasner. I also wont be purchasing anymore sunday riley products if they change their formula whenever they want.
