CSR problems on in store pickup for online order

3 customer service reps servicing the returns and not a single person for pickup. Finally after 5 minutes one of the CSRs Feom return brought focus to pickup line. Should there only be a single line? Please no excuses but how are we resolving this for other customers. Thanks
