Falling apart after 2nd wash

I really liked the look of these towels. They aren't very soft, which would be ok. But then they started falling apart after the 2nd wash!! SO disappointed. Obvi can't return them!!

Quality issues

Brand new out of the package, one of the towels had long strands of thread from quality control issues for the sewing. The towels are ok, not as soft as I expected, and the colors are a little odd. I mainly chose these bc there was a matching design of the bath sheet sized towels sold separately, and I wanted an entire matching set with everything.
