Sutra BeautyIR2 Infrared Curling Iron - 28 mm

I previously own the sutra flat iron infrared 1” and the curling iron infrared 1.25”, which o love!!! I was wishing for the company to make the flat iron 1.5” and the curling 1” infrared since I can see a big difference keeping my hair healthy. When I see both come out new at Macy’s I purchased both immediately; I love the flat iron infrared 1.5” it is so much helpful for long hair. However I am I little disappointed in the curling iron infrared 1” since it doesn’t hold the hair properly tightly when you’re curling your hair, I also try it at my daughter’s hair; her hair in longer and ticker than my, but have the same problem keeping the hair in the curling iron, I read another review complaining about the same thing ( so is not only my iron ) maybe the company needed tighten the clip I little bit more, I don’t have the same problem with the 1.25” that I previously owned.

Great product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the coating on this curler. Doesn’t feel like it is damaging my hair as other curlers do. Doesn’t leave creases in my hair either. Good barrel size and length allows up to long hair.

Great Features but Loose Clip

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really wanted to love this curling iron but the clip is somewhat loose and does not hold hair securely. I have relatively thin hair and I struggle to use this iron because it slips out of the clip. I managed to curl all of my hair with difficulty but my hair held curls better than it usually does. My hair was also very shiny and didn’t seem to be too over heated. Because of this, I’ll continue to try to make this work. This has such great potential if they could fix the clip!

Great for beginners

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This hot tool is great for beginners as it easily glides through the hair without pulling. It has a high temp setting as well as lower for all hair types. I don’t think that this curling iron would do well for someone whose hair doesn’t typically hold a curl because the curl seems to fall shortly after to more of a wave.

Amazing curls!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This curling iron works wonders! The curls actually hold in my hair which is impressive because I’m used to my hair going back to straight. It must be due to the infrared heat. It’s also helpful that it has an auto shut off feature.

Good quality pretty curls

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall I’m very impressed with this Sutra Beauty Curling Iron. The curling iron seemed to be made of very good quality. The button options & functionings are easy to use. The iron actually heats up pretty fast & there are a good Amount of options for setting the temperature. I liked how it came with a glove to use so you won’t burn your hand or fingers. I am not experienced at curling my hair so my experience using this was pretty good for a beginner! The more I use the better the curls come out! Very pretty hair styling tool ! Highly recommend

Great curling iron!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great curling iron, it heats up quickly and evenly. It’s easy to hold and has a cool touch end for easy styling and also comes with a heat glove. The swivel cord is great and the cord is long so you can easily maneuver around while doing your hair. It leaves your curls smooth and shiny and the temperature settings allow you to only use as much heat as needed without damaging your hair. My curls held really well and usually they fall out pretty quickly. This has been a great addition to my hair tools and i’ll be using it regularly for healthy long lasting curls!
