Shipped via usps and package is lost …. Supposed to arrive 11/18 per usps tracking… sent to Minnesota instead of Indiana…it’s now 11/21 and still no package.

Very disappointed!
I purchased this blowout brush in January, and from the very beginning it had problems. The lights stay on, but the motor stops blowing air randomly, even at the start of use. Sometimes shaking the handle makes it work again, which clearly shows a loose internal connection. I contacted Macy’s and explained that the issue is a manufacturing defect, but they told me they cannot help because it is past the 30-day return window and instructed me to contact the manufacturer. Unfortunately, the manufacturer does not respond, and the support email they list is not active anymore. The warranty says 1 year, but in reality there is no support when you need it. Product quality is poor, and customer support from both Macy’s and the manufacturer has been extremely disappointing. I’m sharing this so others know that if anything goes wrong with this item, you may not get any help even though it claims to have a warranty.
bad design
the controls are the black band around the bottom of the handle. Whoever designed this doesn't blow out their hair. A switch is so much easier to use than this band control while you hold your hair wrapped on the barrel. It's awkward and how do I take it back after I've discovered this by using it? Needs to be redesigned.

Love this, for styling while I finish drying! I use a blow dryer first to get my hair mostly dry. Then this blowout bus adds fullness and a nice finish.
