I have only used it once so far and was very happy with the product and result. A versatile hair blowout brush tool that dries and styles, all the while providing shine and volume! And it didn’t take long to achieve the look I wanted. I look forward to using it more often.

Unhappy Macy customer
Shipped via usps and package is lost …. Supposed to arrive 11/18 per usps tracking… sent to Minnesota instead of Indiana…it’s now 11/21 and still no package.

Very disappointed!
I purchased this blowout brush in January, and from the very beginning it had problems. The lights stay on, but the motor stops blowing air randomly, even at the start of use. Sometimes shaking the handle makes it work again, which clearly shows a loose internal connection. I contacted Macy’s and explained that the issue is a manufacturing defect, but they told me they cannot help because it is past the 30-day return window and instructed me to contact the manufacturer. Unfortunately, the manufacturer does not respond, and the support email they list is not active anymore. The warranty says 1 year, but in reality there is no support when you need it. Product quality is poor, and customer support from both Macy’s and the manufacturer has been extremely disappointing. I’m sharing this so others know that if anything goes wrong with this item, you may not get any help even though it claims to have a warranty.
