Beautiful for a Short Time

I purchased two of these rings, and while they looked beautiful at first, the quality was extremely disappointing. After only a few weeks of occasional wear, stones began falling out. When I contacted customer service, I was required to mail the ring back to New York at my own expense and then wait weeks for the repair. Unfortunately, after receiving the ring back, more stones fell out again shortly thereafter. I eventually returned the first ring, paid for shipping once again, and Macy's ultimately credited my account. The second ring has also lost stones, but at this point I've given up dealing with the hassle. These rings may look great initially, but based on my experience, the durability and craftsmanship are poor. I would not recommend them if you're looking for a piece of jewelry that will hold up to regular wear.
