Replacement is almost impossible

I purchased this ring for Motherā€™s Day, I received it damaged missing a stone. I emailed and called Macyā€™s . They tokd Me to return it and get a refund however I wonā€™t get refund u to 10 days plus I would get The ring at a higher price. So I asked them if they could replace it, they replied that I had to wait 5 a 10 business days so that they could evaluate the claim I was like evaluate what ? I just received it from them. So my mom didnā€™t get a gift for Motherā€™s Day and Iā€™m still waiting on them. Not Happy At All
