Broken Ring

I bought this ring and it's very nice! I'm also a long time customer of Suzy Levian. However, this particular ring snapped into 2 pieces right where the curve starts and I'm not sure how to fix it. Is it possible to send it back to the manufacturer for repair?

Snake ring

I love this Ring but the only problem with it is the tail gets caught on my sleeves sometimes cause it’s so long. Still Very cute though!
