Gorgeous Gemstone Necklace

Was looking for something special for my son's girlfriend, and this stunning necklace fit the bill! It's delicate and dainty, but sparkling and very eye-catching. The colors are neutral enough to wear with anything. I know she'll love it.

Not a great experience!

Macy's sends an email asking what I thought of the product. I NEVER received the item at that point. It was two days late. I finally get the item on a Sunday. I needed it for an event the night before! I open the box expecting to just return it, as I no longer needed it for my outfit and tho I collect Swarovski, I was already soured on it. In the box was NOT what I even ordered!!! ItsI call customer service and now I must print a label, travel to a UPS store that is no where near me, and then get my refund.. Never again!
