Nice but sizing off

It’s a nice suit. It’s made well and the colors are beautiful. The style did not work for me. The skirt portion is ruffled which you cannot see in the picture. It also has a band in the middle which on me was tight. The bust even with measurements taken was still way too tight. I would have had to size up for that to fit. If I sized up the rest would be to big. I had to return due to sizing inconsistency. I still gave it for stars because overall it’s a nice suit. This is why I don’t like shopping on line and prefer to be able to try things on.
