Horrible customer service

I was trying to make a return of my recent purchase online. The order came late. I printed a label and it came out as a QR code. Turns out our local ups office does not accept QR codes, they asked me to print a regular return label and attach it to the package. Turns out it’s impossible to print a regular return label from Macy’s website. I called customer service 3 times to ask to them to send a return label to my email. Each time the representative assured me they would send it. But it never happened. Now I left with unwanted items, wasted money and time. What kind of customer service is that if such a simple problem couldn’t be solved? What an unexpected disappointment from Macys.
