Poor Quality

I wouldn't recommend this set. I gave it 2 stars because the pattern is quite pretty. However, the quality is poor. The base of the pieces were poorly finished - one cup even had lumps of clay stuck to the bottom. A couple of the dinner plates had black spots in the glaze giving the appearance of insects and the design is a decal and wasn't sufficiently glazed to ensure it wouldn't quickly wear off. The bowls are quite small and deep - definitely wouldn't work for pasta or stews - and were poorly glazed.

Complaints

I'm not satisfied with that. Because I got same set from Macy's in store. The quality was excellent. Then I order one from online, same design but quality completely different. Cups sizes are different material different looks different. I don't know why.
