Beware!

Store didn’t carry item. Had to order on line. Wrong item sent. Shoe instead of boot. No paperwork sent. Customer service at store would not do anything since I did not have “order number”. Even though I had picture and proof of purchase.

The Perfect Shoe

The Rome Shoe in Brown

I want to prefix my criticism by first saying that this is my 6th pair of Taft Shoes. I am obviously a fan as I find that the shoes are well made. However, the pair of Rome Shoes in Brown that I received were particularly uncomfortable. I have been "breaking them in" for the last 3 weeks or so. I am being patient with them because they were crafted well and they are very nice looking shoes. But, as of this moment, they are difficult to walk in.
