UNCOMFORTABLE-HEAVY DRESS MATERIAL-DOESNT FIT WELL

I PURCHASED THIS DRESS IN THE SMALLEST SIZE 2 AND IT WAS HUGE ON ME. THE DRESS MATERIAL IS WAY TO HEAVY AND IS AN UNPLEASANT NON-SMOOTH POLYESTER FABRIC. THE COLOR IS NOT A PRETTY LIGHT BLUE, AS SHOWN IN THE PHOTO! I REALLY WANTED TO LIKE THIS DRESS, BUT IT WAS JUST DESIGNED POORLY OVERALL!
