Size chart is wrong

The size chart for this dress has a size 2 listed as 36.5 x 28.5 x 36. Based on this I ordered a 0P even though I am usually a 4P. The 0P was 3" too small on me around the bodice so obviously this size chart is not accurate or not for this petite dress.
