Not as pictured, arrived with rip

The fabric was nice, but it did not fit like the picture. The ruffles went straight across as opposed to a V. It also arrived with gold stitching down the front - it looked like someone previously tried to fix a rip or something. I was unaware I was buying an already used product. I returned it.
